Tampa players must 'step up' as Vasilevskiy out

Tampa Bay coach Jon Cooper made it clear that the Lightning will be without a "luxury" with Russian goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy expected to miss the first two months of the season after undergoing back surgery.
